I am the owner operator of PAMPERED PETS MOBILE GROOMING SALON. I recently moved from WA state to MO., I had a 500 client business going, recently divorced, and no family near, at the request of my son, who is in the army and served 3 tours in Iraq, is now a recruiter in MO. and having a family. He asked me to move with him because he has a 1 yr old daughter and another on the way. So, I choose to close my business in WA and restart in MO. I am enjoying being a Grandmother, it is amazing... But am having problems getting my business off the ground here in MO. I have been researching grants but all the programs just seem to want 2 thousand dollars to help you fill out the information. Any advise out there
